Garage Bike Racks Types
Bike racks are a really great idea for storing bikes in your garage or a store room. A bike rack could really save space and organise your garage, making it safer for everyone using it. It can also keep your bikes safe from any potential accidents around the garage and leave more storage space for other things.
However, with so many types of bike racks for garage available on the market it might be quite difficult to choose the best one to suit your needs.
There is a number of bike racks types that you could buy and even particular products range between themselves making the decision even more difficult.
It is important though that you choose the best solution to suit your needs. You probably don’t want to invest money in one that ultimately will not work well for you.
There are certain things you need to consider before you buy a bike rack for your garage.
Free standing bike trees are fairly inexpensive and easy to install and use. However, if you have children around a free standing bike tree might not be a good idea. You wouldn’t like it to accidentally fall on your toddler or a child.
A wall mounted bike rack is great if you have a lot of wall space that you can dedicate to bike storage only. It is by far the most popular bike rack available.
Ceiling bicycle storage is really useful and by far my favourite way of storing my bikes. However, keeping your equipment above your head might not be something you will be fully comfortable with. It is also quite time consuming to store your bike there, or take it off a ceiling lift.
All of the various bike racks for garage types are highly useful, however before you make a purchase, learn more about them to find out whether they are the best solution to your needs.
